What are Combos & Stacks, Bundles and Combo Kits?
Combos & Stacks is a shop category that groups more than one product into a single offer, alongside the Bundle and Combo Kits pages on the website.
- Useful if you want a ready-made starting point instead of picking each item
- Check the offer page for the products, sizes and flavours included
- The same return policy applies as for any other product
Note: Contents are shown on each offer page and can change with availability.
Shop combos & stacks -
How do I use the filters in the shop?
Use the filter panel on the shop page to narrow results by Color, Flavor, Size (ML), Supplement Weight, Supplement Size (Tablets), Brands, Availability, Tags and Price.
- Start with a category, then add a brand or flavour filter
- The Availability filter hides items that are not currently in stock
- The Price filter helps you set a budget before comparing
Note: Filters can be combined, and clearing them restores all results.
Shop all products -
What do Best Seller, Limited Stock and Sold out mean on a product?
They are labels on the product card that show its current status: Best Seller, Limited Stock or Sold out.
- Best Seller: one of the most ordered items by our customers
- Limited Stock: only a small quantity remains and it may go quickly
- Sold out: not available to order right now
Note: We do not publish exact stock quantities or restock dates.
Shop all products -
Where do I find product details, ingredients and serving information?
Product details are shown on each product page in the shop, and the final reference for ingredients, serving size and directions is the label printed on the pack.
- Product page: size or weight, flavours, brand and price
- Label: ingredient list, servings per container, manufacturer's directions
- For a specific item, message us on WhatsApp
Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label.
Shop all products -
Do the product photos match the packaging exactly?
Photos represent the product listed. Manufacturers may refresh a pack design between batches without changing the product inside.
- Rely on the product name, weight and flavour shown on the page
- The label on the pack is the final reference for contents
- A different pack design on its own does not mean a different product
- If you receive the wrong item, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos
-
Are all the flavours listed always available?
No, flavours depend on stock, and a flavour that is unavailable shows as Sold out when you select it.
- Combine the Flavor filter with the Availability filter to see only what is in stock
- A flavour may be available in one size and sold out in another
- To ask about a specific flavour, message us on WhatsApp
Note: We do not publish restock dates for individual flavours.
Shop all products -
What should I do if the product I want is sold out?
If an item shows Sold out it cannot be ordered right now, and you have three practical options.
- Try a different size or flavour of the same product
- Look for a comparable alternative from another brand in the same category
- Message us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 to ask about branch availability
Note: We cannot confirm restock dates in advance.
Shop all products -
Can I request a product you do not stock?
Yes, send your request through the Request a Product page on the website or on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711.
- Include the product name, brand, size and flavour if you know them
- Attach a photo of the pack if you have one
Note: Sending a request is not a commitment to supply the item or to a particular price.
Shop all products -
Do you add new products, and where can I see them?
Yes, the latest additions to the shop appear in the New Arrivals section of the website.
- New items can be a new flavour or size of an existing product
- Or a new line within one of the nine categories
- Also check Combos & Stacks for grouped offers

Choosing the right product
14All questions in this section →
-
How do I choose the right supplement?
Start with your goal, pick the matching category, then compare products on their label numbers and cost per serving.
- Define the goal: muscle gain, fat loss, general health or endurance
- Estimate your protein and calorie needs with the free calculators
- Open the matching shop category and use the filters
- Compare serving size, servings per container and price per serving
- Ask branch staff or WhatsApp if you are still unsure
Note: If you have a health condition or take medication, speak to your doctor before using any supplement.
Health calculators -
I am a complete beginner, what should I buy first?
Most beginners start with a protein powder to help close the gap in their daily intake, plus a shaker, before adding anything else.
- Choose a small or medium size first, to test the flavour
- Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched sports supplements and a common next step
- There is no need to buy several products in a first order
Note: Supplements support a diet rather than replace meals, and should be used as directed on the label.
Shop protein -
Which supplement suits my goal?
Match the category to the goal: protein and creatine for muscle gain, weight management and healthy nutrition for fat loss, vitamins for general health, and aminos or energy products for endurance.
- Muscle gain: protein, creatine, extra calories if needed
- Fat loss: protein and healthy foods within a calorie deficit
- General health: multivitamins and omega-3
- Endurance: amino acids and pre-workout or energy products
Note: Supplements do not replace training and diet, and do not treat any health condition.
Shop all products -
How do I choose between brands?
Compare brands on label numbers rather than name: protein per serving, servings per container and price per serving.
- We stock eight brands, including Applied Nutrition, Biotech USA, Dymatize and Scitec Nutrition
- Use the Brands filter to view one brand at a time
- Taste and mixability are personal and only show with use
Note: We cannot confirm any certification status for a specific product without checking its label.
Shop all products -
How do I compare two similar products?
Open both labels and compare four numbers: serving size, the amount of the main ingredient per serving, servings per container, and price per serving.
- A heavier tub does not always mean more servings
- Check any added ingredients listed on the panel
- Also compare available flavours and the pack size that suits you
Note: Compare products within the same category so the comparison is fair.
Shop all products -
Is a more expensive product always better?
No, price alone is not a measure of quality; work out the cost per serving and compare the label numbers instead.
- Price differences often come from pack size or flavour
- A cheaper tub with more servings can work out better value
- Use the Price filter to set your budget range
Note: Do not base the decision on price or marketing alone.
Shop all products -
How do I read a supplement facts panel?
Read from the top: serving size and servings per container, then the amounts per serving, then the ingredient list and allergen statement.
- A serving can be one scoop or more, so check that first
- All the figures are per serving, not per container
- Ingredients are listed in descending order by amount
- The allergen statement matters if you have a known allergy
Note: If you have a food allergy or take medication, check with your doctor before use.
Health calculators -
What is the difference between serving size and servings per container, and how do I work out cost per serving?
Serving size is how much you take at once, servings per container is how many times the pack will last, and cost per serving is the price divided by the number of servings.
- Example: a tub at OMR 24.000 with 60 servings costs OMR 0.400 per serving
- Two tubs of the same weight can differ in servings if the serving size differs
- Use this figure to compare, rather than the shelf price
Note: Prices are in OMR and include VAT where it applies.

Can someone recommend the right product for me?
Yes, ask the team at any branch during your visit, or message us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711, daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
- Tell us your goal, your training level and your rough budget
- Mention any flavour and pack size preferences
- You can also link this to your free body scan results
Note: Our team helps with product choice, not medical advice; see your doctor for any health condition or medication.
Health calculators -
Is it worth doing the free body scan before I buy?
Yes, the free scan gives you 12 readings such as body fat percentage, muscle mass and BMR, which is a better starting point than guessing.
- Book in advance; no scan is done without an appointment
- Available at 6 branches, daily from 18:00 to 21:00
- Preparation: no food for 3 hours, no training or sauna for 2 hours before
Note: The results support fitness planning and are not a medical diagnosis.
Book the free scan -
How do the calculators help before I buy?
The free calculators give you an estimated daily requirement, so you buy the right amount instead of guessing.
- The protein calculator estimates your daily need and helps pick a pack size
- TDEE and BMR calculators give you an approximate calorie figure
- The macro calculator splits protein, carbohydrate and fat
Note: The results are general estimates for fitness planning and do not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
Health calculators -
I want to buy a gift for someone who trains, what do you suggest?
The safest gift is something that does not depend on personal taste, such as a shaker, a bottle or gym gear from the Accessories category.
- Protein bars and snacks from Healthy Nutrition are usually well received
- If you want to gift a supplement, ask them about brand, flavour and size first
- Buying in a branch lets you see the item before deciding
Note: Supplements are not intended for under-18s, or for pregnant or breastfeeding people without a doctor's advice.
Shop accessories -
Is it better to buy one large tub or two small ones?
A large tub is usually better value per serving, but two small ones make more sense if you are trying a product or want two flavours.
- Work out the cost per serving for both options first
- Check the expiry date if your daily intake is small
- A smaller pack limits the loss if the flavour does not suit you
Note: Opened products cannot be returned, so start small when trying something new.
Shop all products -
I am unsure and want to try a flavour first, what can I do?
The best approach is to buy the smallest size available, because an opened product cannot be returned.
- Start with protein bars or small pack sizes to test the taste
- Ask branch staff which flavours are most popular
- Use the Flavor filter to see the options in stock
Note: The 30-day return window covers unopened, factory-sealed products only.

Protein
18All questions in this section →
-
What is whey protein and who is it for?
Whey protein is a milk-derived protein powder that makes it easier to reach your daily protein target, and it suits most healthy adults who train or simply do not get enough protein from meals.
- Mixes into water or milk in seconds, so it works as a snack or a post-training drink
- It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and meals still come first
Note: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking medication, speak to a doctor first.
Shop protein -
What is the difference between whey concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate?
They differ mainly in how far they are filtered: concentrate keeps more milk carbs and fat, isolate is filtered further for more protein per scoop, and hydrolysate is pre-broken-down so it digests faster.
- Concentrate: the everyday option and usually the best value
- Isolate: more protein and less lactose per serving
- Hydrolysate: the most processed and usually the priciest
Note: Compare the nutrition panel on each product page before you choose.
Shop protein -
What is casein protein and when do people use it?
Casein is the slow-digesting protein in milk, so people usually take it when they want protein released over several hours rather than quickly.
- Often used in the evening or before a long gap between meals
- Thicker in texture than whey once mixed
- Whey remains the more common choice around training
-
Mass gainer or whey protein — which should I buy?
A mass gainer is a high-calorie blend of protein plus carbohydrates, while whey is mostly protein alone, so gainers suit people who struggle to eat enough calories to gain weight.
- Choose whey if your calories are already adequate and you only need more protein
- Choose a gainer if you find it hard to eat enough during the day
- Check calories per serving, because gainer servings are large
-
Do you have vegan or plant-based protein?
Yes, Plant Protein is one of the sub-categories inside the Protein section, alongside Whey Protein, Whey Isolate, Casein and Mass Gainers.
- Plant proteins are dairy-free, so they suit anyone avoiding milk
- Many products blend more than one plant source in a single formula
- Read the label for the exact source and any certification shown on it
-
How do I read the label to know how much protein I am getting?
Look at the nutrition panel for grams of protein per serving, then check the scoop size that serving is based on, since most powders list both.
- Protein per serving matters more than the percentage printed on the front
- Check servings per tub so you compare value fairly
- Also look at carbs, sugars and fat if you are tracking calories
-
How much protein do I need per day?
Your daily protein need depends on your body weight, activity and goal, so use the free protein intake calculator on the Calculators page for a general estimate.
- The Calculators page hosts 57 free tools, including protein, macro and calorie calculators
- Enter your details once and treat the result as a starting point you adjust over time
Note: The calculators are for general information and fitness planning, do not give a medical diagnosis and do not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
Health calculators -
Should I mix protein with water or milk, and how do I avoid lumps?
Water keeps the calories lower and the shake thinner, while milk makes it creamier and adds calories, protein and carbs, so either is fine depending on your goal.
- Pour the liquid into the shaker first
- Add the scoop on top of the liquid
- Shake for 20 to 30 seconds
- Let it settle for a moment before drinking
Note: A shaker with a mesh or ball insert makes a clear difference to lumps.
Shop accessories -
Do I need protein powder on rest days?
Yes, taking protein on rest days is normal, because your daily total matters more than the timing and recovery continues when you are not training.
- Use it to top up a day when your meals fall short of protein
- Skip it on days when your food already covers your target
-
Can I have protein powder at breakfast or as a snack?
Yes, protein powder is food rather than a post-workout-only product, so it works at breakfast or as a snack between meals.
- Stir it into oats, yoghurt or milk in the morning
- Use a shake to bridge a long gap between two meals
- Protein bars and nut butters in Healthy Nutrition do the same job
-
Milk upsets my stomach — is isolate better for me?
If milk upsets your stomach, whey isolate is usually the easier option because more of the lactose is removed during filtering, and plant protein is dairy-free altogether.
- Concentrate keeps more lactose than isolate does
- Mixing with water instead of milk also cuts the amount you take in
Note: If you have a diagnosed milk allergy or ongoing digestive problems, check with a doctor before using any protein powder.
Shop protein -
Protein bars or protein powder — which is better?
Both do the same job: bars are ready to eat and easy to carry, while powder is usually cheaper per gram of protein and lets you control the mix.
- Bars sit under Healthy Nutrition, powders under Protein
- Compare protein and calories per serving, not just the price
- Many people keep both: powder at home, a bar in the bag
-
Which flavour should I choose, and should I buy a big tub first?
If this is your first tub, buy the smallest size available in a flavour you already like, and use the shop filters for Flavor and Supplement Weight to find it quickly.
- Chocolate and vanilla style flavours are the safest first pick
- A large tub is better value only once you know you enjoy it
- Ask any branch team or message WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 if you are unsure
-
Does whey protein help with weight loss?
Protein powder does not burn fat on its own; it helps mainly by making a higher-protein, calorie-controlled diet easier to stick to.
- Weight change comes from your total calories over weeks, not from one product
- A shake can replace a higher-calorie snack
- Book the free body composition scan to track the change in numbers
-
I am a beginner — which protein should I start with?
Whey concentrate in a mid-size tub is the usual starting point for a beginner, because it is the simplest option and the best value per gram of protein.
- One serving a day on training days is a common starting routine
- Stick to the serving size in the manufacturer's instructions on the label
- Food first: powder fills the gap, it does not replace meals
-
Is protein powder only for gym-goers?
No, protein powder is simply a concentrated food, and people use it whenever their daily meals fall short of protein, whether they train or not.
- Useful for a busy schedule, a small appetite or frequent travel
- It is an addition to your diet, not a requirement for being healthy
Note: It is not intended for children, and anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication should ask a doctor first.
Shop protein -
How should I store an opened tub of protein?
Keep the tub tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and always use a dry scoop, because moisture is the main cause of clumping.
- Do not store it in the bathroom, in the car or next to the stove
- Leave the desiccant sachet inside the tub
- Check the best-before date printed on the packaging
Note: Opened products are not returnable, so be sure of your choice before breaking the seal.
Shop protein -
How do I choose a protein brand from the ones you stock?
Olympia stocks eight brands — Applied Nutrition, Basix Nutrition, Biotech USA, BPI Sports, Celsius, Dymatize, LA Muscle and Scitec Nutrition — so choose on protein per serving, flavour and price rather than the name on the tub.
- Use the Brands filter in the shop to compare what each one offers
- Compare grams of protein per serving and servings per tub
- Stock labels on site show Best Seller, Limited Stock and Sold out
Creatine
14All questions in this section →
-
What is creatine?
Creatine is a compound found naturally in muscle and in foods such as red meat and fish, and as a supplement it is one of the most researched sports supplements available.
- Sold as a powder, most commonly creatine monohydrate
- Taken daily and consistently, not only before training
- Follow the serving size in the manufacturer's instructions on the label
-
Monohydrate or another form of creatine — what is the difference?
Creatine monohydrate is the standard, most studied and usually the cheapest form, while other forms such as HCl or buffered versions are mainly sold on easier mixing or comfort.
- Monohydrate is the sensible default for most people
- Other forms usually cost more per serving
- Compare grams of creatine per serving on the label before buying
-
Is creatine safe, and is it a steroid?
Creatine is not a steroid; it is a food-derived compound and one of the most researched sports supplements, sold here as a food supplement rather than a medicine.
- Food supplements do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease
- Stick to the serving size printed on the product label
Note: If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to a doctor before using it.
Shop creatine -
Is creatine OK for beginners?
Yes, beginners commonly use creatine and there is no need to train for years first; the usual approach is one small daily serving as printed on the label.
- Daily consistency matters far more than the timing of the dose
- Start with plain monohydrate before trying any other form
Note: Get your training and everyday food in order first: a supplement adds to a routine, it does not create one.
Shop creatine -
Do I need to do a creatine loading phase?
Both approaches are used: a short higher-intake loading phase followed by a smaller daily serving, or a steady daily serving from day one. Either way, follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label of the product you buy.
- Loading is described as the faster route to muscle saturation
- A steady daily serving reaches the same point over a few weeks
- Do not exceed the serving stated on the label
-
When should I take creatine, before or after training?
Timing is not critical with creatine; what matters is taking it every day, so pick whichever time you will actually remember.
- Before or after training both work
- Many people take it with a meal or with their protein shake
- Keep it in the same daily slot so you do not forget it
-
Should I take creatine on rest days?
Yes, take creatine on rest days too, because it works by keeping your muscle stores topped up and daily consistency matters more than whether you trained.
- Use the same serving on non-training days
- There is no need to cycle off unless the label instructions say otherwise
-
Does creatine cause water retention?
Some people see a small rise in body weight in the first weeks, largely water held inside the muscle, which is a normal and well-described effect rather than fat gain.
- The change is usually modest and settles over time
- A body composition scan separates water, muscle and fat in numbers
-
Can I mix creatine with protein or juice?
Yes, creatine can be mixed into your protein shake, juice or plain water, and there is no need to take it on its own.
- Add the creatine to the shaker together with your liquid
- Shake well, since monohydrate only partly dissolves
- Drink it straight away rather than letting it settle
Note: Warm water helps it dissolve if you find grit at the bottom of the cup.
Shop accessories -
Is creatine suitable for women?
Yes, women use creatine in the same way and at the same daily serving as men, since it is not a hormone and not a steroid.
- Follow the serving size in the manufacturer's instructions on the label
- Any small early rise in weight is usually water rather than fat
Note: Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking medication should check with a doctor first.
Shop creatine -
Is creatine useful for endurance athletes or only for strength?
Creatine is most associated with short, high-intensity efforts such as lifting, sprinting and repeated bursts, so strength and team-sport athletes are its main users.
- Endurance athletes often use it for interval work and finishing efforts
- Others prefer to avoid the small increase in body weight
- Match the decision to your sport rather than to what is trending
-
Do I need to drink more water when taking creatine?
Drink your normal amount and stay properly hydrated while using creatine; there is no need to force extra litres, but do not let yourself get dehydrated, especially in Oman's heat.
- Keep a water bottle with you during training
- Pay closer attention on hot days and outdoor sessions
-
What is the difference between micronised and regular creatine?
Micronised creatine is the same creatine monohydrate ground into finer particles, so it mixes more easily and feels less gritty, while the creatine itself is identical.
- Choose micronised if the texture bothers you
- Check the label, as many monohydrate products are already micronised
- The price difference between the two is usually small
-
How do I store creatine, and why does it clump?
Store creatine in a tightly closed tub in a cool, dry place and always use a dry scoop, because clumping is caused by moisture rather than by the product spoiling.
- Keep it out of the bathroom and out of a hot car
- Leave the desiccant sachet inside the tub
- Light clumps can be broken up; discard it if it is wet or smells off
Note: Check the best-before date on the packaging before use.

Pre-workout & energy
12All questions in this section →
-
What is a pre-workout and who is it for?
A pre-workout is a powder you mix with water and drink shortly before training, usually built around caffeine plus energy and focus ingredients. It suits people who train regularly and want extra alertness during a session.
- At Olympia ME it sits under Pre-Workout & Energy, with Pre-Workout and Energy & Focus sub-categories
- Serving size and mixing follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label
- It supports a session, it does not replace sleep, food or training
Note: Food supplements are not medicines and do not treat or prevent disease.
Shop pre-workout -
How much caffeine is in a pre-workout?
Caffeine content varies by product and even by flavour, and the exact figure is always printed on the label in the ingredient panel, stated per serving.
- Read the per-serving column, not the per-100g column
- Check whether one serving is a full scoop or a half scoop
- Count coffee, tea and energy drinks you have the same day too
Note: If you are sensitive to caffeine, speak to your doctor before using one.
Shop pre-workout -
What is the difference between stimulant and non-stimulant pre-workouts?
A stimulant pre-workout contains caffeine and is aimed at alertness and focus, while a non-stimulant version leaves the caffeine out and is chosen by people who train late or do not tolerate stimulants well.
- The only reliable check is the ingredient list on the label
- Wording such as Stim-Free or Caffeine Free usually appears on the front
- Use the shop filters for brand and size to narrow the list
Note: Caffeine-free does not automatically mean suitable for everyone, so still read the label.

Why does pre-workout make my face and hands tingle?
That tingling is a well-known sensation usually linked to beta-alanine, an ingredient found in many pre-workout formulas. It is temporary and typically fades on its own within a few minutes.
- How strong it feels varies by person and by serving size
- Some people use a smaller serving where the label allows it
- Check the ingredient list for Beta-Alanine to confirm
Note: If the feeling persists or comes with other symptoms, stop and speak to your doctor.
Shop pre-workout -
Will pre-workout affect my sleep if I train in the evening?
It can, because caffeine stays active in the body for several hours, so a late session with a high-caffeine serving often makes falling asleep harder.
- Check the caffeine figure on the label before an evening session
- Some people switch to a stimulant-free option at night
- Cut back other caffeine sources on the same evening
Note: For ongoing sleep problems, speak to a qualified health professional.
Shop pre-workout -
Can I take pre-workout on an empty stomach?
You can, but many people notice stomach discomfort or a stronger caffeine effect without food, so having it after a light snack is usually the gentler option for beginners.
- A small snack an hour before training often settles it
- Mix with the full amount of water stated on the label
- Stop using it if it leaves you feeling nauseous
Note: The label is the reference for timing and serving size.
Shop pre-workout -
Can I have coffee with my pre-workout?
Combining them stacks caffeine from two sources at once, so read the caffeine figure on the label first and add up your total intake for the day before deciding.
- Most people keep coffee and a pre-workout serving apart
- Too much caffeine can bring a racing heartbeat, jitters or poor sleep
- Never exceed the serving stated on the label
Note: If you have a health condition or take medication, check with your doctor.
Shop pre-workout -
How do I start with a smaller pre-workout serving?
Start with the smallest serving the label allows, often half a scoop, then judge how you feel over a session or two before considering a full serving.
- Read the serving size and caffeine figure on the label
- Mix half a serving with the stated amount of water
- Try it on a normal session, not a heavy day
- Stay within the maximum printed on the label
Note: Do not combine more than one stimulant product at the same time.
Shop pre-workout -
Pre-workout or an energy drink, what is the difference?
Energy drinks are ready to drink with a simpler formula aimed at general alertness, while pre-workout powders are built around a training session and usually add ingredients such as beta-alanine or citrulline.
- Both sit under Pre-Workout & Energy on the Olympia ME site
- The Energy & Focus sub-category covers everyday, study and work use
- Compare them by reading the ingredients and the caffeine per serving
Note: The choice is personal and depends on your caffeine tolerance.
Shop pre-workout -
Is pre-workout safe for beginners?
Many healthy adults starting out use it without trouble when they follow the label and begin with a small serving, but it is not something a beginner needs.
- Sleep, food and consistent training come first
- Begin with half a serving and gauge your caffeine tolerance
- Purchases on the site are for customers aged 18 and over
Note: If you have a health condition or take medication, speak to your doctor first.
Shop pre-workout -
Who should avoid pre-workout completely?
Pre-workout is not for anyone under 18, for pregnant or breastfeeding people, or for anyone on medication or with a health condition unless a doctor has approved it.
- Heart conditions or high blood pressure need a doctor's opinion first
- Strong caffeine sensitivity is reason enough to skip it
- Site terms set a minimum purchase age of 18
Note: These are food supplements, not medicines, and website content is not medical advice.
Shop pre-workout -
Do you build a tolerance to pre-workout, and should you cycle it?
With daily use many people feel the caffeine effect less over time, so some keep pre-workout for harder sessions or take a short break, always staying within the label limits.
- Save it for heavy training days rather than every session
- Do not raise the serving to chase the old effect
- Some labels state a maximum period of use, so follow it
Note: There is no single dose that suits everyone; the label is the reference.

Amino acids & recovery
10All questions in this section →
-
What are BCAAs?
BCAAs are three essential amino acids with a branched structure, leucine, isoleucine and valine, and they are commonly taken as a flavoured drink during or after training.
- At Olympia ME they sit under Amino Acids, in the BCAA sub-category
- They come in several flavours and are mixed with water
- The body cannot make them, so they come from food or a supplement
Note: Follow the serving size stated on the label.
Shop amino acids -
What are EAAs?
EAAs are the nine essential amino acids the body cannot produce on its own, and that group already includes the three BCAAs. They are sold as a flavoured powder mixed with water.
- Found under Amino Acids in the EAA sub-category
- They cover a wider spread of amino acids than BCAA alone
- Commonly used during training or between meals
Note: Amount and usage are set out on each product label.
Shop amino acids -
BCAA or EAA, which one should I pick?
The core difference is coverage: BCAA gives you three amino acids, while EAA gives you all nine essential ones, which is why many people treat EAA as the more complete single choice.
- BCAA is the familiar option with a wide flavour range
- EAA covers a broader spread of essential amino acids
- Compare the ingredient panel and serving size on both labels
Note: If your daily protein intake is already sufficient you may not need either.
Shop amino acids -
Do I need amino acids if I already take whey protein?
Usually not, because whey already contains the essential amino acids including the BCAAs, so if your daily protein intake is adequate a separate amino product is optional.
- Some people still use them purely as an intra-workout drink
- Total daily protein from food and shakes matters most
- Weigh the cost against the benefit before adding a product
Note: No supplement makes up for a diet that is short on protein.
Shop protein -
What is glutamine and why do people take it?
Glutamine is an amino acid found widely in the body and in food, and some people take it as a powder as part of a post-training routine. It has its own sub-category under Amino Acids.
- Usually sold unflavoured and mixed into water or a shake
- The daily serving is stated on the product label
- Recovery still rests mainly on sleep, food and training load
Note: Glutamine is a food supplement with no therapeutic claim attached.
Shop amino acids -
When is the best time to take amino acids?
There is no single required timing. Most people drink aminos during or straight after training, some spread them between meals, and the label remains the reference.
- During training: a flavoured drink that helps you sip more water
- After training: as part of a post-session routine
- Rest days: follow what the manufacturer states
Note: Consistent training and daily protein matter more than exact timing.
Shop amino acids -
Why do people drink aminos during a workout?
Intra-workout use is popular because a flavoured drink makes it easier to keep sipping water through the whole session, which many people find useful on longer training days.
- Mix one serving in a shaker with cold water before you start
- Sip it across the session rather than drinking it all at once
- Stay within the serving size printed on the label
Note: No specific performance outcome is promised by the product.
Shop accessories -
Can I use aminos while fasting or cutting?
On a cut many people choose aminos because the calories per serving are typically low, but they are not calorie-free and do not count as a strict fast, so check the nutrition panel.
- Read the calories per serving before adding it to your daily total
- During religious fasting nothing is consumed in fasting hours
- A calorie deficit drives weight loss, not the supplement
Note: Speak to a health professional if you follow a medically prescribed diet.
Health calculators -
Are flavoured aminos a good alternative to sugary drinks?
Many people use flavoured aminos through the day or at the gym instead of sugary drinks because the calories per serving are usually far lower, while staying within the label serving.
- Check calories and sugar in the nutrition panel
- It is not a replacement for plain water
- Available flavours show up under the Flavor filter in the shop
Note: Moderation is sensible with any flavoured drink.
Shop amino acids -
Are amino acid supplements suitable for vegetarians?
It depends on the source: some amino acids are produced by plant fermentation and others are not, and the label on the pack is the only reliable answer.
- Read the ingredient list and any Vegan or Plant-based marking
- Capsules may use gelatine, so check the capsule shell
- For a specific product, message us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711
Note: We do not claim a vegetarian certification for any product.

What is in the Vitamins & Health category?
Olympia's Vitamins & Health category has three sub-sections: Multivitamins, Omega-3 & Fish Oil, and Immunity & Wellness.
- Multivitamins for daily use
- Omega-3 and fish oil softgels
- Immunity and wellness products
Note: These are food supplements, not medicines.
Shop vitamins -
What is a multivitamin and who usually takes one?
A multivitamin is a single daily tablet or capsule that combines several vitamins and minerals in one serving, taken as general dietary support.
- Often used by people with repetitive or rushed eating habits
- Also common among people who train regularly
- Serving and timing follow the manufacturer's instructions on the label
Note: It supports a diet, it does not replace one.
Shop vitamins -
Do I need a multivitamin if I already eat well?
Not necessarily. If your daily meals already cover a wide range of foods, a multivitamin adds convenience rather than something your diet is missing.
- Varied meals first, supplement second
- Some people still prefer one for consistency on busy days
- If you suspect a deficiency, speak to a doctor
-
What is omega-3 and fish oil?
Omega-3 supplements, usually sold as fish oil softgels, provide the fatty acids EPA and DHA that come mainly from oily fish.
- Labels list EPA and DHA per serving, not just total oil weight
- Take the number of softgels stated on the pack
- Store it as the storage line on the label says
Note: It is a food supplement, not a medicine.
Shop vitamins -
Is there a vegetarian alternative to fish oil?
Algae-based omega-3 is the usual vegetarian alternative to fish oil, and where we stock a plant-based option it will say so on the label.
- Check the source on the label: fish oil or algal oil
- Softgel shells may be gelatin, so read the capsule material
- Message us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 to check what is in stock today
Note: We do not claim a vegetarian certification for any product.
Shop vitamins -
What are the Immunity & Wellness products?
Immunity & Wellness is a group inside Vitamins & Health that holds everyday wellness supplements; they are food supplements and do not prevent, treat or cure illness.
- Read what each label actually states
- Use them alongside sleep, food and hydration, not instead of them
- See a doctor if you feel unwell
Note: Supplements do not diagnose or treat any condition.
Shop vitamins -
Do I need vitamin D if I live in Oman with all this sun?
Sunlight is the body's main natural source of vitamin D, and although sun is plentiful in Oman, individual levels still vary from person to person.
- Indoor work, covered clothing and sunscreen all reduce exposure
- A blood test from your doctor is the only way to know your level
- Do not start a high dose without medical advice
Note: Website content is not medical advice.
Shop vitamins -
Should I take vitamins with food or on an empty stomach?
Follow the instructions on the label: many multivitamins and omega-3 products are taken with a meal, and the pack is the only accurate guide for that specific product.
- Fat-soluble vitamins are commonly taken with food
- Some labels suggest splitting the daily amount across two meals
- Ask your doctor if you take medication at meal times
-
Can I take a multivitamin with protein and creatine?
Yes, a multivitamin is generally taken alongside protein powder and creatine, since the three serve different purposes and are not the same ingredients.
- Protein contributes to your daily protein intake
- Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched sports supplements
- Keep each product at the serving stated on its own label
Note: Check labels for overlapping ingredients such as added caffeine.
Shop combos & stacks -
What is the difference between vitamins for women and for men?
Multivitamins are labelled for women or for men because the vitamin and mineral amounts differ, most visibly around iron content.
- Read the supplement facts panel rather than the front of the pack
- Either version can suit you if the amounts match your needs
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding needs a doctor's advice first
-
Are vitamins safe with prescription medication?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before combining any vitamin or supplement with prescription medication, as Olympia cannot advise on drug interactions.
- Take a photo of the product label to the appointment
- Site terms state supplements are not for anyone on medication without a doctor's advice
- Supplements are not medicines and do not treat any condition
-
Tablets, capsules or gummies: which should I choose?
The format changes how you take it, not the category; compare the supplement facts panel per serving to see what you actually get.
- Check the serving size, some products count two units as one serving
- Gummies often carry added sugar, listed on the label
- Capsule shells may be gelatin or plant based
Note: The shop filters include Supplement Size (Tablets) to narrow options.

Weight management

-
What is in the Weight Management category?
Weight Management at Olympia ME has three sub-categories: Fat Burners, Diet Shakes, and CLA & L-Carnitine.
- You can filter inside the category by brand, size and price
- Stocked brands include Applied Nutrition, Dymatize and Scitec Nutrition among others
- Everything here is a food supplement, not a medicine
Note: Results depend first on your diet and training.
Shop weight management -
What is a fat burner and what does it actually do?
A fat burner is a food supplement usually built around caffeine and plant extracts. It is a support product alongside a controlled diet and regular training, and it does not reduce weight on its own.
- Weight loss happens when there is a daily calorie deficit
- The product does not make up for missing diet or training
- Read the ingredients and serving size on the label before buying
Note: These are food supplements and do not treat or prevent any condition.
Shop weight management -
Are fat burners safe, and who should avoid them?
Most fat burners are stimulant based, so they are not for anyone under 18, for pregnant or breastfeeding people, or for anyone on medication or with a health condition without a doctor's approval.
- Heart conditions or high blood pressure need medical advice first
- Never exceed the daily serving printed on the label
- Stop immediately if you notice any unusual symptoms
Note: Website content is general information, not medical advice.
Shop weight management -
Do fat burners contain caffeine?
Most do, and the exact amount per serving is listed in the ingredient panel on the label. Some products are offered in a stimulant-free version instead.
- Add the burner's caffeine to your coffee, tea and energy drinks
- Late servings in the day can interfere with sleep
- Look for Stim-Free wording if you avoid stimulants
Note: If you are caffeine sensitive, check with your doctor before use.
Shop weight management -
What are CLA and L-carnitine?
CLA is a fatty acid usually derived from safflower oil, and L-carnitine is a compound found naturally in the body and in foods such as meat. Both are sold in the CLA & L-Carnitine sub-category.
- CLA most often comes as soft gel capsules
- L-carnitine is available as a liquid, capsules or powder
- Both are common picks for people avoiding stimulants
Note: No therapeutic effect is claimed for either; the label sets the serving.
Shop weight management -
What are diet shakes and how do people use them?
Diet shakes are powders mixed with water or milk to give a quick, calorie-controlled meal, and many people use one as a replacement for a single meal within a clear eating plan.
- Handy on long work days when cooking is not realistic
- Check calories and protein per serving on the label
- Not a substitute for every meal or for real food
Note: For a medically guided eating plan, see a qualified dietitian.
Shop weight management -
Can I lose weight with supplements alone?
No. Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit combined with regular training and enough sleep, and supplements are at best a small supporting part of that equation.
- Start by working out your daily calorie needs
- Settle on an eating pattern you can actually maintain
- Add a supplement only once the basics are consistent
Note: The site calculators are for general information and do not replace professional advice.
Health calculators -
What is the difference between supplements for gaining and for losing weight?
The difference is calories. Weight-gain products such as mass gainers are calorie dense to support a surplus, while weight-management products are designed to fit a lower-calorie plan.
- Mass gainers sit under Protein, in the Mass Gainers sub-category
- Fat burners and diet shakes sit under Weight Management
- Decide the goal first, then pick the matching category
Note: A supplement serves the eating plan, it does not replace it.

Do supplements help with appetite and meal timing?
No appetite effect is promised, but many people find that a clear protein meal or a calorie-counted diet shake makes eating times more regular and cuts down on unplanned snacking.
- Keep meals at reasonably fixed times where you can
- Include protein and fibre in each meal
- A protein bar or nut butter is a practical option between meals
Note: For an ongoing problem with appetite, speak to a health professional.
Shop healthy nutrition -
Can I take a fat burner and a pre-workout together?
Both usually contain caffeine, so taking them at the same time doubles the dose. Most people separate them or keep to a single stimulant product per day.
- Read the caffeine per serving on both labels
- Never exceed the maximum stated on either product
- A stimulant-free option solves it if you want to use both
Note: Check with your doctor if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure.

Healthy nutrition & snacks

-
What does Healthy Nutrition cover?
Olympia's Healthy Nutrition category covers three groups: protein bars, snacks and foods, and peanut and nut butters.
- Ready-to-eat protein bars
- Packaged snacks and foods
- Peanut butter and nut butters
-
Protein bar or protein shake: which is better?
A protein bar is a ready-to-eat solid snack while a shake is mixed from powder; both add protein, and the difference is mostly convenience and cost.
- Bars travel well and need no shaker or water
- Shakes usually cost less per gram of protein
- Bars often carry more carbohydrate and fibre, so check the label
-
Can a protein bar replace a meal?
Treat a protein bar as a snack rather than a full meal, because most bars are built around protein and calories instead of complete meal nutrition.
- Useful between meals or straight after training
- If a product is a meal replacement, the label will say so
- Speak to a doctor before replacing meals regularly
-
How do I read a protein bar label for sugar and protein?
Look at three lines on the label: protein per bar, total sugars, and calories, all read against the stated serving size.
- Protein per bar, not per 100 g
- Total sugars, including added sugar
- Calories per bar against your daily target
- Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight
-
Why does natural peanut butter separate, and how do I store it?
Oil sitting on top of natural peanut butter is normal separation, not spoilage; stir it back through before the first use.
- Stir the whole jar until the texture is even
- Storing the jar upside down between uses reduces separation
- Refrigerating after opening slows separation and firms the texture
- Follow the storage line printed on the jar
-
What are good healthy snacks for the office or travel?
For the office or travel, pick shelf-stable items that need no preparation: protein bars, single-serve nut butters and packaged snacks from Healthy Nutrition.
- Bars and single-serve packs are the easiest to carry
- Watch the storage temperature on the pack during summer
- Keep a shaker in the bag if you also carry powder
-
Which snacks work when I am in a calorie deficit?
In a calorie deficit the useful snacks are the ones you can count, so choose single-serve packs with the calories printed per pack.
- Higher protein snacks tend to be more filling
- Nut butters are calorie dense, so weigh the portion
- Count the snack inside your daily total, not on top of it
Note: Set your daily total with the free calculators first.

Are these products suitable for children?
No. Olympia sells food supplements and sports nutrition to customers aged 18 and over, and they are not intended for children without a doctor's advice.
- Site terms require customers to be at least 18 years old
- Speak to a paediatrician about a child's nutrition
- The terms also exclude pregnancy and breastfeeding without medical advice

-
What is sports nutrition and where does a beginner start?
Sports nutrition is how you eat and supplement around training, and a beginner starts with calories, protein and sleep before buying any product.
- Set your calories and protein first with the free calculators
- Add one product at a time so you know what it changes
- Book the free body composition scan for a clear starting point
-
What is the difference between supplements and real food?
Real food is the base of the diet and supplements are a convenience layer on top, filling the gap that your meals did not cover that day.
- Whole meals bring fibre, micronutrients and satiety
- A shake is easier after a late session or a packed day
- If your meals already cover the target, a supplement adds little
-
What is a simple stack for a beginner and for an intermediate?
A common beginner setup is protein powder plus creatine monohydrate, while intermediate trainees often add amino acids or a pre-workout. No stack guarantees results.
- Beginner: protein to reach your daily intake, plus creatine monohydrate
- Intermediate: add EAA or BCAA, or a pre-workout for early sessions
- Follow the serving stated on each product label
Note: Training and total diet matter more than the stack.
Shop combos & stacks -
What should I eat before and after training?
In general terms, eat a balanced meal one to three hours before training, then get protein and carbohydrate in the meals after it.
- Total daily protein and calories matter more than exact timing
- Heavy meals right before a session feel uncomfortable for most people
- Drink water through the session
-
How much should I drink when training in Oman's heat?
In Oman's heat, drink water before, during and after training, and raise the amount when you train outdoors or sweat heavily.
- Carry a bottle and sip through the session rather than all at once
- Choose the cooler hours for outdoor training
- Long sessions or heavy sweating may call for an electrolyte drink
- Stop and get help if you feel dizzy or stop sweating
-
Which supplements suit football, running or CrossFit athletes?
Across field, endurance and mixed sports the priorities are the same: daily calories, protein and hydration, with products chosen around session length and intensity.
- Long endurance sessions push carbohydrate and fluids to the front
- Strength and mixed sessions commonly use protein and creatine
- If you are drug tested, check every label with your federation
-
Do I need supplements if I train at home?
Training at home changes nothing about nutrition: the same protein, calories and hydration apply, and equipment is the only real difference.
- Protein powder and bars are the simplest things to keep at home
- A shaker and a bottle cover most of what you need
- Add creatine if your goal is strength work
-
I have a small budget: what should I prioritise?
On a small budget, spend in this order: food first, then protein powder, then creatine monohydrate.
- Food and sleep cost nothing extra and do the most work
- Protein powder is usually the cheapest way to add protein
- Creatine monohydrate is low cost per serving
- Combos & Stacks group several products together
-
Do I actually need supplements?
No. Supplements are not required; they support a diet that already works and make it easier to hit protein and calorie targets consistently.
- Start with diet, sleep and consistent training
- Use a supplement when meals make the target hard to reach
- Do not expect a result from a product on its own
Note: Supplements are food products and do not treat any condition.
Book the free scan -
Can I combine several supplements at the same time?
Read every label before combining products and add up shared ingredients, especially caffeine, which appears in pre-workouts, energy products and some fat burners.
- Do not take two caffeinated products in the same session
- Introduce one new product at a time
- Keep each product at its labelled serving
- Ask a doctor if you take medication or have a health condition
-
How does the free body scan help me set a plan?
The free body composition scan gives 12 readings, including body fat percentage, muscle mass and BMR, turning a vague goal into numbers you can plan against.
- Booking is mandatory and opens up to 30 days ahead
- Offered at 6 branches, daily 18:00 to 21:00
- No food for 3 hours and no training for 2 hours before
Note: The scan is free with no obligation to buy.

- Groups cover body composition, energy, macros, performance and converters
- Start with TDEE, then split it into macros
- The tools give general information and do not replace a health professional

- Look for the words Batch, Lot or LOT No
- Photograph it once you open the pack, in case the print rubs off
-

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before combining any supplement with prescription medication, as some ingredients can interact with medicines.
- List the medicines you currently take
- Show your doctor or pharmacist the full supplement label
- Follow their advice before you start or continue
Note: We do not give medication advice or recommend supplements for a health condition.
Terms & conditions -
I have a chronic health condition. Can I use supplements?
If you live with a chronic condition such as kidney, heart, diabetes or blood-pressure issues, talk to your doctor before using any food supplement.
- Supplements are not a treatment and do not replace medical care
- Show your doctor the ingredient list on the label first
Note: Website content is not medical advice and does not diagnose any condition.
Terms & conditions -
How do I know if a product contains something I am allergic to?
Read the allergen line on the label before you buy and before you use the product; it normally reads Contains or May contain traces of.
- Read the full ingredient list
- Look for milk, soy, egg, nuts or gluten
- Note any may contain traces warning from shared production lines
- If you are unsure, do not use it and check with your doctor
Note: We cannot assess an individual allergy; the label on the pack is the reference.
Terms & conditions -
What should I do if I feel unwell after taking a product?
Stop using the product, re-read the label and the recommended serving, and seek medical advice if symptoms are severe or do not settle.
- Keep the pack and label so your doctor can see the ingredients
- Send us your order number and batch number if you want it logged
Note: Opened or used products are not returnable under the published returns policy.
Terms & conditions -
Can I take more than one supplement a day?
Several supplements can be used together, but the common risk is doubling up on the same ingredient, especially caffeine found in pre-workouts, energy drinks and some weight-management products.
- Add up caffeine from every source, including coffee and tea
- Stay within the serving stated on each product's label
- Check with your doctor if you take medication or have a health condition
-
Can supplements replace food or medicine?
No. The products we sell are food supplements, not medicines. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and they do not replace a balanced diet.
- Use them alongside meals, not instead of them
- Never stop prescribed medication because of a supplement
-
I compete in tested sport. What about banned substances?
If you are subject to doping control, it is your responsibility to check every ingredient on the label against your federation's prohibited list.
- Read the full ingredient list, and check it again with each batch
- Check with your federation or anti-doping body if in doubt
- Ask the manufacturer about any batch-testing programme
Note: We make no claim that any product we sell is certified for tested competition.
Terms & conditions -

-
How should I store protein powder at home?
Keep the tub tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and follow the storage instructions printed on the label.
- Close the lid fully straight after each scoop
- Avoid spots above the oven or beside the sink, where heat and steam collect
- Do not decant into another container, or you lose the label and batch number
-
How do I store supplements in a hot climate, and can I leave them in the car?
Do not leave supplements in the car. Cabin temperatures climb far higher than room heat and can affect powders, capsules and bars. Store them in the coolest, driest spot at home.
- Take purchases straight home after collection or delivery
- Keep packs away from windows, balconies and the boot of the car
- An interior cupboard beats a shelf in direct sun
Note: If a pack has been left in high heat, check the label guidance and the product's look and smell before using it.
Shop all products -
Do any supplements need to be refrigerated?
Most powders and capsules do not need refrigeration. The label's storage line is the only reference, so if the manufacturer asks for chilling after opening, follow that.
- A fridge can introduce moisture into powder each time the tub is opened
- Some healthy-nutrition items such as nut butters carry their own after-opening instructions
Note: Always follow the label; we cannot give storage instructions product by product.
Shop healthy nutrition -
My powder has clumped. Is it still usable?
Light clumping is usually caused by moisture or heat and does not by itself mean the powder has gone off, but the expiry date and the label guidance decide it.
- Soft lumps that break apart easily are normally just moisture
- A hard solid block, or a clear change in colour or smell, means do not use it
- Seal the tub firmly and always use a completely dry scoop
Note: We cannot guarantee an opened product that has been stored outside the label conditions.
Shop all products -
Should I keep the scoop and the little sachet inside the tub?
Yes. Keep the desiccant sachet in the tub until it is finished, as it helps the powder stay dry, and keep the scoop because it is the serving measure referenced on the label.
- Do not open the sachet or consume its contents
- If you prefer to store the scoop outside, make sure it is dry before it goes back in
- Never return a freshly washed, damp scoop to the tub
Note: Keep the desiccant sachet out of reach of children.
Shop all products -
How do I store opened protein bars and nut butters?
Keep bars in their wrapper in a cool, dry place until you eat them, and close a nut butter jar firmly after every use, following the after-opening line on the label.
- Eat a part-opened bar the same day
- Heat can soften a bar's coating without meaning it has spoiled
- Use a clean, dry spoon in the jar to avoid contamination
Note: Opened products are not returnable under the published returns policy.
Shop healthy nutrition -
Can I travel with my supplements?
Keep products in their original packaging with the label and batch number visible, and keep your invoice; we can send you a copy on request before you travel.
- Ask for the invoice copy on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 or download it from /my/orders
- Avoid moving powder into unlabelled bags
- Check your airline's rules and the destination's customs requirements
Note: Each destination's rules remain the traveller's responsibility.
Shop all products -
Where should I keep supplements so children cannot reach them?
Store all supplements in a high or lockable cupboard, out of reach of children, since our published Terms state the products are not intended for them.
- Do not leave tubs on the kitchen counter or in an open gym bag
- Take extra care with caffeine products and desiccant sachets
- Replace and tighten the lid immediately after use
Note: If a child swallows any product, seek medical help immediately and take the pack with you.

Expiry & product information
8All questions in this section →
-
Where do I find the expiry date on a product?
The date is usually printed on the base of the tub, along the label edge or on the lid, most often right next to the batch number.
- Look for EXP, Best before or Use by
- On bars and sachets the date is normally on the seam of the wrapper
- Photograph it when you open the pack, before the print fades
-
Do you ship products that are close to expiry?
We do not knowingly send short-dated stock. If you receive one, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery.
- Photograph the expiry date and batch number on the pack
- Send the photos with your order number to WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 or through Contact Us
- Keep the product and its original packaging until the case is closed
-
What is the difference between best before and expiry date?
Best before marks the period in which the manufacturer stands behind the product's full quality, while an expiry or use-by date sets the last day the product is intended to be used.
- Most powders and capsules carry a best-before date
- Fresh or chilled foods more often carry a use-by date
Note: Whichever wording appears, follow the label and do not use a product past its date.
Returns & refunds policy -
Can I still use a product after its date has passed?
We do not recommend using any product after the date printed on the pack, because the manufacturer no longer stands behind its quality beyond that point.
- Dispose of expired products rather than keeping them
- A change in colour, smell or texture is a further reason to stop
- See a doctor if you used an expired product and feel unwell
Note: Opened or used products are not returnable.
Returns & refunds policy -
How long does a tub last once it is opened?
The period after opening is set by the manufacturer on the label, often as a symbol such as 6M or 12M inside an open-jar icon, and whichever comes first, that or the expiry date, applies.
- Count from the day you opened it and write the date on the tub
- A tight seal and dry storage help keep the quality
- If no after-opening symbol is shown, follow the expiry date and label guidance
-
The expiry date is unreadable. What should I do?
Do not use the product. Contact us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711, daily 10:00-22:00, with your order number and a photo of the area where the date is printed.
- Send a photo of the whole pack and the batch number if it is still legible
- For a branch purchase, bring the pack and your invoice to the branch
Note: For damaged or incorrect items, report within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Returns & refunds policy -
Are short-dated products sold at a discount?
We do not sell short-dated stock and run no discount tied to a near expiry date; offers on the site are ordinary promotions.
- Items approaching their expiry date are withdrawn from sale
- Current offers are shown on the shop pages themselves
- Prices and promotions can change but do not affect confirmed orders
- If a short-dated item reaches you, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos
-
Does the website show the expiry date before I buy?
The expiry date is not shown on the product page because batches rotate, but you can ask us for the date of current stock before ordering.
- Message us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 and we will confirm the date
- In a branch you can read the date on the pack yourself
- We do not knowingly ship near-expiry stock
- Report any short-dated item within 7 days of delivery with photos

- Customers must be at least 18 years old to order.
-

- The courier makes up to two attempts, so make sure the recipient is reachable.
Note: Branch collection is a free alternative.
My orders -

Note: Ordered without an account? Message +968 7161 1711 and we will send it.
My orders -
What happens if a price on the site is obviously wrong?
If a displayed price is an obvious error, Olympia ME may contact you and cancel the order with a full refund rather than supply at the incorrect price.

- You can reorder once the correct price is showing.
-

Can I buy Olympia products to resell them?
Under the terms and conditions, Olympia may decline any order suspected of being placed for resale, so a standard online order is not the route for this.
- Orders can also be declined if a product is unavailable or payment is not authorised.
- Any commercial arrangement needs to be agreed with Olympia first.
Note: To discuss a commercial arrangement, use Contact Us or WhatsApp on +968 7161 1711.

How do I send a sponsorship or partnership request?
We review sponsorship and partnership requests as they come in; the best route is a short proposal through /contactus.
- State the organisation, the type of event, its date and its location
- Say exactly what you are asking for: product, attendance or support
- We get in touch if the request fits our plans for the season
Note: We cannot support every request, and a submission is not an approval.
