1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of www.olympiame.com and every order you place on it with Olympia Middle East. By browsing the site or completing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Who may buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Food supplements are intended for healthy adults. They are not intended for children, and anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or living with a medical condition should speak to a doctor before use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. Please tell us immediately if you believe someone else is using your account. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Products, images and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, using information supplied by the manufacturer. Packaging, flavours, formulations and label design are changed by manufacturers from time to time, so the product you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. Photographs are illustrative and are not to scale. Always read the label on the product itself before use. If a product is materially different from its description, it is covered by our returns policy.

5. Prices, VAT and currency

All prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and include value added tax where it applies. Delivery charges are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before payment. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full; we will always contact you first.

6. How an order is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation you receive acknowledges that we have received your order; the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where payment is not authorised, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

7. Payment

You can pay by debit or credit card and digital wallet through Thawani and Paymob, by cash on delivery within Oman, or in person at one of our branches. Card details are entered on the secure page of the licensed payment provider and are never stored by us. Ownership of the goods passes to you when payment is received in full.

Delivery times, charges and collection options are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, and a reasonable delay does not entitle you to cancel a dispatched order outside the returns policy.

The calculators on this site are provided free of charge as general educational tools. They use published formulas and averages, work entirely inside your browser, and cannot take account of your medical history. Their results are estimates only and must not be used to diagnose a condition or to set a medical treatment plan. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or training.

12. Reviews and content you post

If you post a review, question or comment, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Please do not post medical claims, personal data, offensive material or advertising. You grant us a non-exclusive right to display, adapt and reproduce your content on the site and in our marketing, and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

13. Intellectual property

The Olympia name and logo, the design of this website, our texts, our own photography and the calculator tools are protected by intellectual property law. Brand names, product images and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell. You may not copy, reproduce or republish any part of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; not to introduce malicious code; not to scrape, harvest or copy its content systematically; and not to place orders for the purpose of unauthorised resale. We may restrict access where these rules are broken.

15. Links to other websites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

16. Availability of the website

We work to keep the site available and secure, but we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for maintenance or business reasons, normally with notice where the interruption is planned.

17. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any loss caused by using a product contrary to its label or to professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman.

18. Events beyond our control

We are not in breach of these terms if performance is prevented or delayed by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, closure of ports or roads, failure of public networks, or a decision of a public authority. If such an event is likely to affect your order significantly, we will contact you and you may cancel and receive a full refund.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman have jurisdiction. We would always prefer to resolve a complaint directly and quickly — please contact us first.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
