Expiry & product information
8-
Where do I find the expiry date on a product?
The date is usually printed on the base of the tub, along the label edge or on the lid, most often right next to the batch number.
- Look for EXP, Best before or Use by
- On bars and sachets the date is normally on the seam of the wrapper
- Photograph it when you open the pack, before the print fades
-
Do you ship products that are close to expiry?
We do not knowingly send short-dated stock. If you receive one, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery.
- Photograph the expiry date and batch number on the pack
- Send the photos with your order number to WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 or through Contact Us
- Keep the product and its original packaging until the case is closed
-
What is the difference between best before and expiry date?
Best before marks the period in which the manufacturer stands behind the product's full quality, while an expiry or use-by date sets the last day the product is intended to be used.
- Most powders and capsules carry a best-before date
- Fresh or chilled foods more often carry a use-by date
Note: Whichever wording appears, follow the label and do not use a product past its date.

Can I still use a product after its date has passed?
We do not recommend using any product after the date printed on the pack, because the manufacturer no longer stands behind its quality beyond that point.
- Dispose of expired products rather than keeping them
- A change in colour, smell or texture is a further reason to stop
- See a doctor if you used an expired product and feel unwell
Note: Opened or used products are not returnable.

How long does a tub last once it is opened?
The period after opening is set by the manufacturer on the label, often as a symbol such as 6M or 12M inside an open-jar icon, and whichever comes first, that or the expiry date, applies.
- Count from the day you opened it and write the date on the tub
- A tight seal and dry storage help keep the quality
- If no after-opening symbol is shown, follow the expiry date and label guidance
-
The expiry date is unreadable. What should I do?
Do not use the product. Contact us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711, daily 10:00-22:00, with your order number and a photo of the area where the date is printed.
- Send a photo of the whole pack and the batch number if it is still legible
- For a branch purchase, bring the pack and your invoice to the branch
Note: For damaged or incorrect items, report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Are short-dated products sold at a discount?
We do not sell short-dated stock and run no discount tied to a near expiry date; offers on the site are ordinary promotions.
- Items approaching their expiry date are withdrawn from sale
- Current offers are shown on the shop pages themselves
- Prices and promotions can change but do not affect confirmed orders
- If a short-dated item reaches you, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos
-
Does the website show the expiry date before I buy?
The expiry date is not shown on the product page because batches rotate, but you can ask us for the date of current stock before ordering.
- Message us on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711 and we will confirm the date
- In a branch you can read the date on the pack yourself
- We do not knowingly ship near-expiry stock
- Report any short-dated item within 7 days of delivery with photos
