1. Scope of this policy
This policy explains what personal data Olympia Middle East collects when you visit www.olympiame.com, create an account, place an order, use our health calculators or contact our team — and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the customer-service channels linked from it. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman and recognised international practice.

5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data, ever. We share only what is strictly necessary, and only with:
- Payment providers — Thawani and Paymob, to process card and wallet payments securely.
- Delivery partners — your name, address and mobile number, so they can deliver your parcel.
- Technology providers — hosting, email, messaging and analytics suppliers who act on our instructions.
- Authorities — where we are required to do so by the law of the Sultanate of Oman.
6. Transfers outside Oman
Some of our technology suppliers store data on servers outside the Sultanate of Oman. Where that happens we use providers who apply recognised security and data-protection standards, and we share only the data needed for the service concerned.
7. How long we keep your data
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by Omani tax and commercial law. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Technical logs are kept for a short period only. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
8. How we protect your data
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer records is restricted to authorised staff who need it for their work, payments are handled by licensed providers, and our systems are backed up and monitored. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so please keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect any misuse of your account.
9. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using it for marketing, or withdraw a consent you gave;
- restrict or object to a particular use.
Write to us through the contact page or on WhatsApp +968 7161 1711. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, to protect your data. You also have the right to complain to the competent authority in the Sultanate of Oman.
10. Marketing messages
We send offers only to people who have asked for them. Every message includes a way to stop them, and you can also unsubscribe from your account or by replying to us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop the service messages about orders you have placed.
11. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and food supplements should only be used by adults unless a doctor advises otherwise. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever our practices change. The date below the title always shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the website.
