Yes. Our coverage is by governorate and includes all nine governorates of Oman, so any address inside the Sultanate can be delivered to.

• Standard delivery is 2 to 3 business days, up to 5 days for remote areas
• The same rates apply everywhere: free from OMR 10.000, otherwise OMR 1.000
• Give a detailed address and a correct mobile number to make handover easier

We deliver to workplace addresses inside Oman, but not to PO boxes, because the courier needs a physical address and a person to receive the parcel.

• Give the company name, floor, office number and a working mobile
• Make sure someone can receive it during the courier's working hours
• The courier makes up to two delivery attempts

Yes. You can order from abroad to any address inside Oman, and Visa and Mastercard issued outside Oman are accepted through our payment gateway.

• Enter the recipient's name in Oman and a correct local mobile number
• The Thawani wallet normally needs a local account
• With cash on delivery, the recipient in Oman pays at handover

Note: International shipping is not available; we deliver inside Oman only.

Our business days are Sunday to Thursday, so Friday and Saturday do not count toward the 2 to 3 business day delivery estimate.

Supplements are generally stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and you should always follow the storage instructions printed on the label.

• Take the parcel in as soon as it arrives and avoid leaving it in a hot car
• Close the container tightly after opening to limit moisture
• Slight clumping in a powder is usually moisture related and does not mean the product is spoiled

Note: If a product arrives damaged, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.

The scan is completely free and booking is mandatory through the appointment page. You can book up to 30 days ahead, which makes planning a trip to Muscat easier.

• It is offered at 6 branches, daily from 18:00 to 21:00
• Only 3 slots per branch per day are available, so book early
• Your appointment reserves 1 hour, while the scan itself takes about a minute

Note: You can cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before, and no scan is carried out without a booking.
