Are supplements safe to take?
The products we sell are food supplements, not medicines. Used by a healthy adult as directed on the manufacturer's label, they are generally well tolerated, but they are not suitable for everyone.
- Read the full label before your first serving
- Do not exceed the recommended daily amount
- Speak to a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or managing a health condition

Do I have to be 18 to order?
Yes. Our published Terms require every customer to be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- ID may be checked at handover on cash-on-delivery orders
- The same age condition applies to branch purchases

Can I take supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding people without a doctor's advice, so speak to your doctor before taking any supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- Take the label, or a photo of it, to your appointment
- Follow your doctor's guidance rather than general advice

Are supplements suitable for under-18s?
Our products are not intended for children, and any use by someone under 18 should be supervised by a doctor or a qualified nutrition professional.
- Ordering on the site is limited to adults aged 18 or over
- For teenagers, everyday balanced meals remain the foundation

If you live with a chronic condition such as kidney, heart, diabetes or blood-pressure issues, talk to your doctor before using any food supplement.

How do I know if a product contains something I am allergic to?
Read the allergen line on the label before you buy and before you use the product; it normally reads Contains or May contain traces of.
- Read the full ingredient list
- Look for milk, soy, egg, nuts or gluten
- Note any may contain traces warning from shared production lines
- If you are unsure, do not use it and check with your doctor
Note: We cannot assess an individual allergy; the label on the pack is the reference.

What should I do if I feel unwell after taking a product?
Stop using the product, re-read the label and the recommended serving, and seek medical advice if symptoms are severe or do not settle.

- Send us your order number and batch number if you want it logged

Can I take more than one supplement a day?
Several supplements can be used together, but the common risk is doubling up on the same ingredient, especially caffeine found in pre-workouts, energy drinks and some weight-management products.
- Add up caffeine from every source, including coffee and tea
- Stay within the serving stated on each product's label
- Check with your doctor if you take medication or have a health condition

No. The products we sell are food supplements, not medicines. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and they do not replace a balanced diet.
- Use them alongside meals, not instead of them
- Never stop prescribed medication because of a supplement

I compete in tested sport. What about banned substances?
If you are subject to doping control, it is your responsibility to check every ingredient on the label against your federation's prohibited list.
- Read the full ingredient list, and check it again with each batch
- Check with your federation or anti-doping body if in doubt
- Ask the manufacturer about any batch-testing programme
