High caffeine content [150 mg caffeine per serving (75 mg caffeine per 100 ml ready-to-drink beverage)]. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Consumption of this product is not recommended in case of known underlying medical conditions or when taking medication! It should not be consumed on the same day as other products containing green tea or betaine. The daily intake of EGCG [(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate] shall not reach or exceed 800 mg per day. The consumption of this product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. How to Use
Mix 2x1 serving powder (2x12.5 g = 2x3/4 scoops) with 2x200 ml cold water in a shaker bottle. Slightly carbonated, open bottle lid when mixing every 5 seconds to avoid accidental pressure build-up! Take 1 serving 30 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
