Does sending a request mean the product will be added?
Not always. We study every request against availability from our authorised suppliers, import and registration rules in Oman, and the expected demand. Products requested by many customers are given priority.
How long does it take?
You will normally hear from us within two working days. Bringing in a new product or a new brand usually takes between two and eight weeks depending on the supplier and shipping.
Can I request a complete brand?
Yes. Write the main product of the brand in the product name field and mention in the notes that you would like the full range, and we will study the brand as a whole.
I am a supplier or a distributor. Where do I go?
If you represent a brand or distribute supplements in the region, please use our contact page and mention the word supplier in your message so it reaches the right team.
Is there any cost or commitment?
No. Sending a request is completely free and does not create any obligation to buy. We simply use it to understand what our customers want.
