How to use BioTechUSA Amino Energy Zero with electrolytes?

Recommended use: Mix one serving of powder (2 heaped measuring spoons = 14g = 2 heaped teaspoons) with 400ml water in the shaker. Take one serving per day! Do not exceed the recommended daily amount!
